A Thousand Faces

In business for over 17 years, Linda Turner moved A Thousand Faces to its current location in Nashville’s trendy Hillsboro Village in 1994. The retail and residential neighborhood is located between Vanderbilt and Belmont Universities and on the edge of famed Music Row. Turner says her main focus now is artisan jewelry, but her loyal customers also shop here for handmade original art, a wide selection of cards, and other great gift products.

Prior to opening her shop, Turner spent time in plenty of gift shops as a sales rep selling gift shop products. She was inspired to go into business and found a symbolic name from the lyrics of a Jimmy Buffett song. Six years ago Turner started painting and making jewelry that she sells at A Thousand Faces. She enjoys building relationships with the other artists whose work she sells and enjoys watching them grow in their craft.
