Spring Hill, FL – When Eileen Alberti lost her husband to cancer, she had choices: She could live her days comfortably embraced in the memories of their time together, or she could begin living again.

After 10 years of battling the illness that grounded them to a constant predetermined path of home, doctor appointments and hospital visits, the Spring Hill resident was faced with a new journey to reclaim her life. When the interior rooms of her house had been painted and she had tired of weeding the garden and watching repeat television, Alberti felt destined to do more.

But where should she begin?

Like many facing a similar crossroad, Alberti began looking at what she did well, recognizing the underlying benefits of turning a deep passion into a business.
