Park Ridge, IL – Park Ridge’s Shops of Uptown is getting a new tenant.

First-time business owner Mina Biggs is trading the corporate world for a touch of childhood when she opens Belle + Beau, a new baby boutique, this fall at 40 N. Northwest Highway.

The shop, according to Biggs, is all about tradition, functionality and style. Its motto is “start life in style,” and shoppers will find a selection of largely unique and trendy essentials not typically found at big-box retailers.
