Wisconsin Cheese Castle Offers More Than 100 Varieties of Cheese, Wines
Michigan Center, MI – White cheddar with blueberries and cheese curds with jalapeno peppers are part of the 100-plus varieties of cheese sold at Michigan Center’s newest specialty cheese and wine shop.
The Wisconsin Cheese Castle, 208 Napoleon Road, opened its door last week after being in the works for about a year and a half. The new business sells cheese, wine and craft beers from Wisconsin and Michigan.
The store also has a gift shop with accessories that accompany wine and cheese, and a meat counter and deli that sells anything from salami to prosciutto.
