Marshfield, WI – With scarves, clothing items and holiday ornaments on the shelves, the Ministry Saint Joseph’s Hospital Gift Shop isn’t just for people visiting folks in the hospital or buying gifts for newborn babies.

“I’ve shopped at other hospital gift shops, and this is probably the nicest gift shop I’ve ever been in,” said Diane Krcma of Marshfield. “It’s open to the public, so anyone in Marshfield can shop here, but I don’t think people realize it exists.”

Krcma said she regularly looks to the hospital gift shop for presents — she recently purchased a snowflake pop-up book for her grandchildren. Cheryl Pischel, an employee at the shop, bought a Grumpy Cat plush toy for a relative.
