Danielson Designs Offers Personalized Gifts for Moms, Dads and Grads

Trinidad, Colo. – Spring is in the air and with Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and graduation right around the corner, shoppers are looking for just the right gift to celebrate the special people in their lives. But it’s not always easy to find the perfect gift for every person on every occasion.

“For busy people like me, it’s hard to find the time and creative energy to find unique, personalized gifts for the people we love. And sometimes it’s hard to find the right words to express our feelings about those people in a card or note,” says Annie Danielson, co-owner of Danielson Designs. “That’s why Danielson Designs has created small, wood-crafted wooden signs and picture frames featuring heartfelt and fun sentiments for every occasion. Every gift is different and unique, just like every recipient.”Danielson and her husband, Mark, are co-owners of Danielson Designs, which was named the 2007 Top Wall Decor Manufacturer by the independent Gift Beat Magazine. They have created a unique and growing niche in the home decor and specialty gift retailer marketplace by combining tasteful and current design with heartfelt and fun sentiment featured in products ranging from picture frames to architecturally distressed wooden signs. Danielson Designs offers more than 500 products – each with a different look, style and message.

And it’s the message on their products that is the key to their fast-growing popularity. “The Danielsons are poets for our souls – and the souls of our homes,” says Jill Russell, owner of the Shoppe of Vinings, a specialty gift shop in Atlanta. “They help people express sentiments from the whimsical to the heartfelt. And they put these feelings into highly designed, highly crafted products that make every person feel special and every room feel a little more like home.”

A Danielson Designs’ Gift for Every Mom, Dad and Grad

The “For Him” line has become one of Danielson Designs’ best-selling collections and was specifically designed to help women find unique gifts for the men in their lives. And there truly is a Danielson Designs’ picture frame for everyone, retailing from $19.99 to $99.99. “Once you choose the perfect Danielson Designs’ sign or frame, simply sign the back of it and it instantly becomes a personalized gift. Crafted in Small Town USA and Devoted to People and the Planet

The company is committed to crafting every Danielson Designs’ product in small town, USA. “We know it would be cheaper to make our products overseas,” says Annie. “But we are 100% committed to consistently providing a better designed, better crafted product than any overseas manufacturer.” All Danielson Designs’ products are eco-friendly, made from 100 percent recycled wood and finished only with water-based varnishes and paints. “Sure, it would be easier to use oil-based lacquers – that’s what most companies do – but we’ve always used water-based products. It’s not only better for the planet, but it’s better for our people who are elbow-deep in these materials all day long.”

Making More than A PurchaseÖMaking A Difference

The Danielsons started their company in a small, red barn in the mountains of Trinidad, Colo., the old mining town they call home. “Our sole motivation was to provide employment in the local area during some tough economic times,” says Danielson. “We call it the Power of the Pebble. We’ve been amazed at the ripple effects from the tiny pebble we threw 16 years ago, from the creation of jobs for our small rural town to building water wells in Africa. We invite our customers to be part of our story and hope they are inspired to toss pebbles of their own.”

Danielson Designs’ wall decor products are sold by more than 5,000 independent specialty retailers across the United States and Canada. To find out more, visit danielsondesigns.com.
