The Girl Behind the Curl…
A frantic traveler and a lost piece of luggage spawned the creation of Kinky-Curly. While traveling to her homeland of St. Vincent and the Grenadines one summer, Kinky-Curly creator Shelley Davis lost her cosmetics case and could not find any of her usual hair products on the island. She turned to a local who cooked up some roots and mixed in some aloe to wash and style her hair. The results surpassed any product she had ever used. From that day on Shelley was committed to creating a natural, effective curly hair based on these recipes from the Caribbean.
Kinky-Curly is committed to developing products that are not only pure and natural but also highly effective.Kinky-Curly only uses the highest grade of concentrated natural organic ingredients to ensure that curly girls will achieve the best results without sacrificing the health of the hair. The products are formulated to add moisture, give hold without drying hair out, and protect it from damaging elements. They have the perfect blend of natural ingredients and organic extracts that will soften the hair without leaving it greasy, crunchy or weighed down.
Kinky-Curly is a proud signer of The Compact for Safe Cosmetics. They are committed to developing hair products that not only deliver results but also nourish the hair with natural and organic ingredients.
