Christine Adolph – Continued Success in the Marketplace and on Display at CHA

MHS Licensing will debut the latest designs from Christine Adolph as well as the talents of their other award winning artists again this year at the winter CHA Show in Anaheim (booth #1841 – License & Design section). This will be their 8th year in a row showcasing their art properties at the CHA Show and have been regular exhibitors since the License and Design section was first added in 2005.

Christine’s innovative techniques and design processes led to her early success in the craft and hobby market. As one of Creative Imagination’s most successful and best selling artist lines, Adolph’s newest collection titled “Oceanside” will launch at CHA at Creative Imaginations booth (#1657). The collection includes paper pads, scrapbooking papers, die-cut shapes, chipboards and stickers.

Jack Behlmer, President of Creative Imaginations says, “It is truly rare to find an artist that has the tremendous creative and design skills that Christine possesses, coupled with true professionalism and a savvy business sense. It is a pleasure to work with Christine and be confident that she will continually deliver exceptional art.”

In addition to scrapbooking, a wide variety of manufacturers from kitchen textiles and home décor to stationery and greeting cards have shown an interest in Christine’s portfolio since she was introduced at the 2011 Surtex Show. “Being able to introduce the talents of an artist of Christine’s caliber really created a buzz at those shows and people sought us out,” says Marty Segelbaum, President of MHS Licensing.

Christine Adolph has lived within steps of the ocean her entire life, providing her with a spectacular reference for natural form, color theory and surface design. She now brings her vast portfolio of sophisticated textures, patterns and motifs to MHS licensing. The juxtaposition of diverse elements, amped with bold applications of saturated color combined with painted motifs makes Christine’s work fresh and unique. “I paint a lot of natural forms and love to layer onto aged surfaces to achieve a vintage yet fresh and modern quality,” she explains.

Collectively, MHS Licensing’s artists generate roughly $100 million in annual sales through their licensee partners. At the CHA Show MHS Licensing will also be introducing new images from their highly successful artists including the Hautman Brothers, Tina Higgins, Robin Roderick, Al Agnew, Audrey Jeanne Roberts, Collin Bogle, Tim Nyberg, Paper D’Art, Judy Buswell, Kathy Hatch, Luis Fitch, Amy Hautman, H. Hargrove, Cranston Collection, Darrell Bush, James Meger, and Victoria Schultz as well as brands Smirk, Sparky & Marie, Museware by Sheree, Munki Munki, Buck Wear and The Girls.
