AmericasMart Home and Rug Integration Further Enhanced by Loloi Rug Expansion

The continuing integration of rug and home merchandise in new lifestyle presentations on AmericasMart Atlanta floors three through six gains huge momentum in January 2014 with the expansion of Loloi Rugs into a 14,000 square-foot showroom, according to Jeffrey L. Portman, president and chief operating officer of AmericasMart parent company AMC, Inc.

Loloi’s expansion marks a significant 10-year milestone in its AmericasMart operations following the opening of its original corporate showroom in 2004. “We cannot wait to debut our new Atlanta showroom in January 2014, which will be open year-round for AmericasMart visitors,” says Amir Loloi, founder and president of Loloi Rugs.

“The new space is entirely rebuilt and redesigned to offer a more comfortable and optimal shopping experience for our customers, while also enriching that experience with modern amenities such as a full-service bar, premium surround sound speakers, flat screens and more. With our 10-year anniversary also occurring in January, the new showroom could not come at a better time.”

The relocated and expanded showroom, located on AmericasMart Building 1 Floor 4, is part of a comprehensive plan that has integrated nearly 60,000 square feet of new HOME and RUG showrooms in the past year.

The expanded Loloi Rugs showroom will open at The Atlanta International Gift & Home Furnishings Market® (Showrooms: Tuesday, January 7 – Tuesday, January 14, 2014; Temporaries: Thursday, January 9 – Monday, January 13, 2014) and The Atlanta International Area Rug Market® featuring the National Oriental Rug Show (Showrooms: Wednesday, January 8 – Saturday, January 11, 2014; Temporaries: Thursday, January 9 – Saturday, January 11, 2014).
