Philadelphia Gift Show to include plenty of educational seminars

As part of a continued strategy to offer broader and deeper assortments in every product category, the Philadelphia Gift Show will shine a special product spotlight on its Gourmet, Candy & Confections, Child’s Play, Makers’ Market and Home Accents resources this summer.

Joining a full lineup of buyer services, educational offerings, giveaways and show hospitality for the July 19-22, 2015 edition at the Greater Philadelphia Expo Center in Oaks, Pennsylvania, the expanded offerings give retailers the opportunity to discover fresh new resources.

This July, retailers can look for a number of new resources throughout the show floor, including the special focus areas — Gourmet, Candy and Confection; Child’s Play products for babies, kids, tweens and teens; Home Accents and Made in the USA designs.

With a special spotlight on new resources, the show will also welcome many first-time exhibitors in all categories. Among them: Accents Fashion Accessories, Bali Kraton Treasures, New England Bells, PassItOnWord.com, Silk Saver, Urban Works Textiles and more.

In addition, the expanded and rebranded Makers’ Market area will feature artisans and designers showcasing hand-styled crafts in all media. Urban Expositions has entered into a partnership with CRAFT/American Craft Week, to bring in even more artists and designs. Plus retailers can vote on the “Best Maker” with the returning design competition.
