Fall River Historical Society Shop Open, Stocked with Seasonal Goodies
Fall River, MA – The scarves are hung and the chocolates boxed.
Glittering glass ornaments are shining. Sparkling jewels, jams and jellies, hats, soaps and Christmas pudding are ready for the season.
The Museum Shop at the Fall River Historical Society and its popular McWhirr’s candy store are now open and fully stocked for holiday shopping.
Gifts and chocolates chosen by Historical Society Curator Michael Martins and Assistant Curator Dennis Binette are in the shop and hallway on the main level, and in three rooms and a washroom upstairs.
“We’ve had to expand the shop this year,” Martins said.
