Since then he has opened four Spanish Table stores across the country, including one in Santa Fe Plaza. Manager Karen Squires delights in showing off her paella pans, Spanish cookbooks, pottery, and spices from Spain and Portugal. The shop features wine, cookware, groceries, aprons, books and flamenco CDs and more.
