Kay and Jack Kirkpatrick have two new babies, Annabelle Caswell, their three-month-old great-granddaughter, and Flops & Tops, their new store, located in the Courtyard Mall, next door to KK’s Craft Mall.

Flops & Tops carries ladies fashions for all ages. They offer fantastic jeweled tees, collegiate tees, lacy overdresses, sweaters, jackets, scarves, capes, embellished ruanas, and much more, too numerous to mention. They have hundreds of outstanding jeweled flip-flops, including Yellow Box brand, unique flats and stylish boots in various heights. People are now wearing flip-flops year round, and it can be hard to buy them in the cooler months. They have only been open three weeks, and new merchandise is still arriving daily.

In the same location you’ll find The Dinky Dog House, with clothing, sweaters, jackets, accessories, leashes, bowls, beds – whatever you want for little spoiled doggies. Right now they are featuring Halloween costumes. Also at this location is The Dog-Eared Paperback, featuring gently used books. Bring them your used books, preferably newer novels, hardback or paperback, and trade for material you haven’t read yet.
