Laura Zindel Brings Her Handmade Artisan Flair to Dallas Market

Laura Zindel Design has chosen Dallas Market Center as the home of its first permanent showroom in the country, debuting during the Dallas Total Home & Gift Market, January 14-20, 2015.

Laura Zindel Design, the collaboration of Laura and her husband, Thorsten Lauterbach, combines her passion for ceramics and natural illustration into unique housewares and items for the home, all created in her studio in Brattleboro, Vermont. Her collections showcase the distinctive influences of using handcrafted and industrial production methods in the creation of wares that reflect the beauty, curiosity, and variety of the natural world.

“The addition of Laura Zindel Design solidifies Dallas Market Center’s exploration and dedication to providing unique, handcrafted items that our buyers may not see at any other marketplace or trade show,” said Cindy Morris, COO, Dallas Market Center. “Laura’s distinct collections are the perfect addition as we develop a new luxury gift and home area on the Trade Mart 2nd floor, and we look forward to her success in Dallas.”

“We chose to establish our only permanent showroom in Dallas because of its location in the center of the country, as well as its appreciation of unique product from artisans around the world,” said Laura Zindel. “We’re thrilled to introduce our collections to the loyal buyer base of Dallas Market Center.”

Even more unique, handcrafted items will soon be available at Dallas Market as it debuts the American Made Show and also welcomes back the International Folk Art Market | Collection for its fifth year in June 2015.
