Virginia Gift Show to Host Annual Virginia State Parks Convention

Atlanta - In an effort to expand the product and service offerings of its annual training and trade show, Virginia State Parks will co-locate its event with the March 1-3, 2009 Virginia Gift Show at the Virginia Beach Convention Center. The joint effort will give Virginia State Park gift shop managers, concessionaires and other sales associates the time and money-saving benefits of attending custom-tailored educational programs, reviewing the latest introductions from approved vendors, and exploring new merchandise showcased in the Virginia Gift Show's 400-plus booths -- all under one roof.

"To be able to hold our annual training and trade show in conjunction with the Virginia Gift Show will be a great opportunity for the parks," says Ann Henderson, Enterprise Section Business Manager, Virginia State Parks.
